   Only time will tell but it works and definitely water tight as he’s been in the rain and baths are like wrestling a 50 pound cat so it’s held up for that disaster.

   Update after nearly a year on without tampering it has finally shown signs of stress and has fractured around the screw points noticed the face was a bit wiggly and low and behold it’s at the end wishing I hadn’t screwed directly onto the collar don’t know if the next one would line up unless I can get a replacement from the company I will find another brand possibly an alloy.

   I was hoping to get years from this as the collar I purchased was a tad expensive and wanting to not purchase a new one for many years.
